Refund Policy

At D&M Environmental, we are dedicated to providing exceptional landscape, fencing, decking,
and erosion control services. We value transparency and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy
outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased or contracted
through our website.
1. Service Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Incomplete Services: If a project is not completed as specified in the agreed-upon
contract.
b. Service Deficiencies: If the services provided fall demonstrably below the standards
outlined in the contract.
c. Client Cancellations: Refer to Section 3 for specific cancellation terms.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
a. Services that have been completed and approved during final walkthroughs or project
sign-offs.
b. Design consultations or assessments once rendered.
c. Custom materials or plants procured specifically for the project.
d. Deposits for work already commenced or materials already purchased.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations:
a. Before Work Begins: Refunds may be issued, minus any non-recoverable expenses
such as permits or materials.
b. Within 14 Days of the Start Date: Partial refunds may be issued, taking into account
administrative and planning costs already incurred.
c. After Work Has Started: Refunds will be limited to uncompleted portions of the project,
less labor and material costs already incurred.
Company Cancellations:
If D&M Environmental cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be
issued for any uncompleted work.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
a. Submit your refund request in writing to info@DMEnvironmental.site.
b. Include your name, contact information, project details, and the reason for the request.
c. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project completion or
cancellation.
Refund decisions will be communicated within 14 business days of receiving the written
request.
5. Service Adjustments Instead of Refunds
In certain cases, D&M Environmental may offer service adjustments or corrections as an
alternative to monetary refunds to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Disputes and Liability
a. D&M Environmental reserves the right to deny refunds if services were rendered as
agreed upon in the contract.
b. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any disputes will be
handled within its jurisdiction.
